chevrons and eclairs blog design

A few months ago I had the pleasure of working with my dear blog friend Supal from chevrons & éclairs. She started playing around with the idea of making some changes to her blog and we decided to discuss the project during one of our coffee dates.

Supal was originally using Blogger but wanted to make the blog more interactive and user friendly for her readers. We started thinking about ideas, searching for inspiration — and next thing you know we were working together on a glamorous redesign.

It was definitely a project that I loved working on and we were both so excited with every little thing that was being developed for the new site.

With her amazing photography skills I wanted to make sure we would showcase her beautiful images but still keep the design clean and easy to navigate. The homepage features latest post and her stunning style posts (make sure to check those out!).

The recipe index was also fun to develop. It was important to create a section that was easy to access so that readers can browse through her recipes without having to see other posts that might not interest that specific reader.

It was such a fun experience working with Supal and creating a new home for chevrons & éclairs. She’s been a long time blog friend and it was an honor to work side-by-side. :)

Also, don’t forget to head on over to chevrons & éclairs to keep up with her delicious recipes and adventures throughout London. :)
