Another weekend has flown right by. Can you believe we are almost at the end of January? It feels like just yesterday we were bringing in the new year. Time needs to slow it down a bit! Please?
So over the weekend the honey and I were busy bees. Did some things around the house, gave DIY another try with two awesome projects that I will be sharing soon, and we finally gave back the keys for rental.
It was bittersweet closing the door of that apartment. I love our new home but that apartment has a special place in my heart.
I also found an old leather jacket hidden in the back of closet. It felt like I went shopping without having to spend a penny. Such a wonderful feeling!

Cake in a mug?! Single serving?! Where have I been? Need to learn to make this. Congrats on officially departing with the old abode… Bittersweet for sure!
