Thirty six cookies. I have never made so many different types of cookies in my life. And there is more. But that’s cool. I’m really digging this challenge.
The issue is that sometimes I draw a blank. Not even Pinterest or Tastespotting can help me find the right recipe. Just this week I just couldn’t think of what I want to bake. I know there are hundreds of cookie recipes but it just felt like there were only 35 and I was done for.
Luckily the Hubby heard the threats I was making towards my computer for not helping me find a recipe and he just said, “Have you made white chocolate macadamia nut cookies”. Why no, I haven’t. Then these cookies happened and everyone was happy again.

These cookies are the perfect combination of chocolate sweetness and nutty crunch. So into it. I think these are my new favorite. At least for this week. ;)
