Baking oatmeal raisin cookies has taught me something about myself. It seems that I don’t know how to spell raisin (I just had to use spell check again). It’s ridiculous. Maybe that explains why I don’t really like raisins.
Yes, I love grapes. But something about these little dried fruits that just don’t grab my attention. Regardless my feelings about raisins I decided to give the classic oatmeal raisin cookie a try.
The Honey appreciates a good oatmeal raisin cookie so I thought he deserved a homemade version. I honestly did not try this cookie – but the look on his face said it all. Total success!
