It finally happened – I started working out again!
Well that statement might make you believe that I went for a 5 mile run but I didn’t. I started easing myself back to working out. This weekend the Honey and I went for long walks, which is a lot more than what we were doing. Sunday we actually walked 3 miles and it made me feel really good.
I miss moving around and feeling active. It’s important and needs to be done! Plus, my life mainly consist of activities that involve sitting (my 9-5 job, blogging, answering emails, watching movies, etc.) My body was definitely getting lazy and screaming for some movement so I made it a priority.
Now that I’ve said that to the world (or at least to you) I am forced to keep it up! Walking will happen at least 3 times a week. :)
Besides getting my health priorities in order, I also got myself a nifty little cabinet from Ikea to hide all my books, idea notebooks, and random junk that is currently on my desk (AKA – dinning room table). Of course my darling handyman built it for me. He’s the best! ;)
Now I just need to make time to actually organize everything in there.
