What’s not to love about Coffee Cake Cookies?
Coffee – it’s what fuels me every morning and keeps me going when I need to do some work late at night.
Cake – Totally obvious. It’s cake. Everyone loves a good slice.
Cookies – Duh. Cookies are just fun to eat. No need to explain.
So when you mix these 3 things together you get a cookie that will make you constantly sneak into the kitchen to get another bite.
Then you’ll have to hide the cookies from yourself. So just be ready to share. It’s totally amazing. Get into it! Then eat a salad. It’s all about balance. ;)

I just made a slight adaptation to the recipe by replacing dark brown sugar with light brown sugar. The truth is I only have light brown sugar in my pantry and once I get my body inside the chances of me going outside to endure any type of heat just isn’t an option.
