The Cookie Challenge // Week 28: Chocolate Dipped Caramel Biscotti

I am on a biscotti kick! After making biscotti a few weeks ago I decided to try out another batch. These crunchy cookies are so easy to make and extremely easy to eat. Even though the Hubby, who doesn’t like caramel (weird), he kept sneaking into the kitchen for a bite.

The original recipe called for almonds but I decided to give pecans a try and I am happy I did. ;)
