I love bacon, plain and simple. The only reason breakfast even interested me is because I know that there is a bacon strip involved. Bacon belongs in just about everything: breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It’s so versatile.
With that said I knew I had to try adding bacon into a dessert.
Bacon ice cream has been a thought for sometime but I decided to try an easier version first: Bacon Chocolate Chip Cookies.
My mind has been blown with this.
Crispy, crunchy, sweet, and savory. Taste bud overload (in an amazing way).
