I have a habit of writing my to-do lists on random pieces of scrap paper and post-it notes, which always ends up lost inside my purse or some random pocket. I should have learned my lesson by now but it’s just a hard habit to break.
So to keep my life a little more organized (or at least try to organize it) I decided to buy little notebooks that fit in any purse for me to write my to-do lists and random ideas. I wanted to make these little black notebooks a little more exciting so I decided to share my little project with you.
It’s pretty simple and feel like walking you through the steps might be a little insulting. Please don’t be insulted. Just bear with my ridiculous need to tell you how to do something.
I bought a little 3-pack of small notebooks from Target and a set of metallic permanent markers. I then thought of some patterns (stripes were obviously my main inspiration) and drew on my plain notebooks. Boom! They are no longer plain!
Just be sure to let the ink dry. Don’t be impatient like me. It just takes a few minutes to make sure you don’t get any smudges.
Now go and be creative while I try to become an organized business lady!
