Happy Friday!! After a very long week the weekend has finally made it’s way and I am so excited! Tonight I plan on relaxing a bit and enjoying a mojito (or two) as a reward to myself.
Tomorrow my sweet Dad will be visiting us for the weekend and I get to spoil him on Father’s Day. This makes me so happy. :)

That mojito looks stinking amazing! I so wish we had fresh herbs here.. the only way to get them is to grow them yourself (or find a rasta who has an herb farm – *ahem*).
