This week I learned a few things:
1 // Going to bed at 2 am for a week is not a good idea and will cause heavy caffeine consumption.
2 // Buying excessive groceries (and a very heavy watermelon) is a bad idea when you live on the third floor and the building has no elevator.
3 // Delicious cookies can be made using a Panini press.
4 // A Panini press will be very hot and can burn your arm if you reach over it instead of moving it like a sane person. It will leave a mark. No biggie.

Yes, it’s been a busy week. I know I’ve been a little MIA on the blog this week but I’ve been busy making websites, answering emails, pressing cookies, and learning new things. The usual.
So I wanted to bring something different to the Cookie Challenge this week.
I found this recipe a few weeks ago and I finally decided to go for it. It was fun using my Panini press for something different. I might have burnt a cookie or two (and a small part of my arm) but overall the recipe was easy to follow and extremely delicious. I will definitely be making this again and replacing the sweet Nutella for a little Biscoff. ;)

Besides the oven – what other alternative cookie making methods have you used?

Oh my gosh! I am currently addicted to Nutella – we ate it all the time on my recent trip to Italy! These cookies look divine!
