Hanging out with R2D2 at Hollywood Studios for Star Wars Weekend!
This weekend The Honey’s sister came to visit us from Miami for a little weekend fun at Disney. We had lots of fun and enjoyed some good drinks at the local tavern on Friday night.
After a full week of horrible weather we were lucky to have a sunny weekend. I can be a bit of a diva and wasn’t too thrilled about the 90-degree heat hitting us as we ventured through the park but at least we were able to watch plenty of indoor shows (gotta love that AC).
We also went to Hollywood Studios for Star Wars Weekend, which made The Honey very happy. I got him a little R2D2 that came with popcorn and he was so psyched. :)
It was fun to see little kids (and some grown-ups) dressed up as their favorite characters. We even spotted some Stormtroopers and Darth Vader.
Not much relaxing happened this weekend and I will probably regret it Monday morning – but at least we had a great time.
