It’s Moving Time!

If you follow me on Twitter or read Friday’s post you would know that I had a job interview. The interview was in Orlando for a mighty fine company. I was super nervous and anxious because this interview was a big deal.

Friday came along and I hit the road to Orlando, put on some sensible black shoes, wore my hair in a bun, and was all business for my interview. It went pretty amazing but I didn’t want to get too excited. I think the reason for it going so well was because of all the sweet tweets and comments left by you giving me the extra motivation I needed.

After the interview The Hubs and I had lunch and then went to the community park to play some ping-pong. That was when I got the call. I was offered the job and in just one day our life completely changed.

I still feel that this is a dream! That day we went to a rental company to see if we could find a perfect apartment in our dream city – and bam! The next day we were signing the lease to our new apartment in Celebration – the town created by Disney. :)

Now we have tons of boxes in our tiny apartment trying to figure out how the heck we accumulated so many things in this place. Moving is a lot harder than I expected so this will definitely be an adventure that I am so excited to share with you all.

Once again – I am thankful for all my twitter/blog friends who sent so many sweet comments when I told them the good news. It’s great to be part of a community like this. Now I am going to need supportive tweets to convince me that packing needs to speed up in this place to get everything ready for Saturday.

I would like to point out that I will be a little MIA from the blog for the next week or so. I promise to do my best posting a few things here and there. But don’t fret, once things get settled down I will be back to blogging at full force!

So if you are a packing professional and need something to do – you can come on over and help a lady out. I pay with wine! :)
