I wanted to make a few gifts for my co-workers and after debating about going down the boozy road, I stuck with the safe choice for work: Hot Cocoa Mix. I’ll keep the booze for myself and friends that will share with me. ;)
Making your cocoa mix is super easy and delicious. I tweaked the original recipe and used 2 cups of sugar with 1 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder. I mixed it all up and poured it into a mason jar. I then topped it with about a cup of marshmallows. You can see the original recipe here.
And as promised, I am also including a little printable for the tags I made. I used an eyelet to attach both tags together and tied with silver and red thread.
Be creative and mix it up!

P.S. – If you use the printable I would love to see what you do with it! :)

That’s such a cute idea! I had no idea that hot chocolate was so easy to make. I might have to make some for myself now!
This is so perfect! Who knew it could be so easy?
Perfect little gift and perfectly easy, too! Thanks for this.
I love your labels and want to use them for my daughters first birthday party favors. Is there a way to change the colors on the labels? My color scheme is coordinated with this theme:

And also wanted the label to say, thanks for coming and merry christmas. Love,
Thanks so much for posting this! I’ve been looking everywhere for a good hot chocolate recipe and label and yours is adorable!
