Handmade Holiday Ornament Swap!

I love the Holiday season. From the beginning of November I am already listening to Christmas songs, singing carols while cooking and thinking of what decorations I will be making this year.

This is why I decided to team up with my dear friend Melissa from Truly Chic Inspirations and together host our very first Handmade Holiday Ornament Swap! The rules are simple and anyone in the U.S. or Canada region is welcomed to join.

Everyone who signs up will paired up with one swap buddy to send and receive an ornament. Sounds fun? ;)

A few simple rules you should read:

1. All ornaments must be handmade. The possibilities are endless and we want you to be as creative as possible. Handmade means anything you design and create – whether you knit a little snowman or hand paint a glass ornament. Get creative!

2. We do ask you to please avoid using any food or perishable items. This way your recipient will be able to use the ornament for many years to come. But no one will complain if you toss a candy cane in their package. Just for a little extra spirit. ;)

3. Ornaments must be shipped out to your swap buddies no later than December 9th.

(I am sorry to exclude international readers at the moment – this is mainly due to high shipping cost.)
