The Hubs and I always have the apartment versus a house conversation. Should we one day buy a cozy apartment with a balcony or should we go with a house with a nice back yard where we can have summer time barbecues?
I grew up in a pretty big home with little outdoor space. When The Hubs and I moved in I thought I would have trouble adjusting but I’ve actually come to love the small space.
So what is my favorite? Well at least today I want an apartment that has a beautiful balcony. A place where I can get some fresh air while still in my comfy pants or indulge in a good book while still feeling the warm tingle of daylight.
When friends come over they will all want to go outside to our balcony to chat the night away with the stars shining down on us.
I can picture it already. Oh, what a delight. Maybe tomorrow I’ll change my mind, but I’ll just keep on dreaming today.
