Quick DIY Gift: Homemade Hot Cocoa Mix

I wanted to make a few gifts for my co-workers and after debating about going down the boozy road, I stuck with the safe choice for work: Hot Cocoa Mix. I’ll keep the booze for myself and friends that will share with me. ;) Making your cocoa mix is super easy and delicious. I tweaked the original recipe and used 2 cups of sugar with 1 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder. I mixed it all up and poured it into a mason jar. I then topped it with about a cup of marshmallows. Christmas is Almost Here!

Christmas is almost here – which means that I am going a little insane trying to get everything in order. I had a batch of limoncello that I started infusing last week and need to finish tonight.
